Machine Maintenance

Among the duties of the Parts Department are supplying information and giving advice. Information and the relevant advice may be acquired by and provided to the customer both orally and in writing and may relate to the following:

• having specific jobs carried out;
• aving specific field services performed;
• transport from and to a specific location;
• having specific tests and/or inspections with diagnoses performed;
• submitting quotations, whether or not detailed;
• delivery times (required time for repair);
• warranty on repairs carried out;
• conditions of sale;
• possible financing models.
