The Surmac Operator Training Program is divided into 3 sections; the theoretical, simulator and machine training sections. With the use of simulators, Surmac introduces an advanced method for training heavy equipment operators. Trainees are instructed in the use of a specific machine theoretically, and practically in a simulated situation and in real life surroundings. 
STC provides operator training on the:

1. Caterpillar Excavator, 
2. Caterpillar Wheel loader, 
3. Caterpillar Track Type Tractor and 
4. Caterpillar Motor Grader.

You learn:

• pre- operation machine inspection procedures, 
• control familiarization, 
• correct maneuvers,
• proper techniques for complex tasks.

1 Theory training:

• Basic equipment safety,

• Theory training: Written Test
• Simulator training: Simulator Exams
• Practical training: Practical Evaluation

Available Seats per group: minimum of 4 seats to a maximum of 10 seats.

Duration per trainee

• Theory training: 40 hours 
• Simulator training: 40 hours
• Practical training: 40 hours
